Ida Ripley and Aaron Thomas - Seattle Workshops
Ida Ripley, 12 year coach, 5X Canadian Asana Champion and the first Bikram sanctioned Canadian yogi to lead workshops and seminars worldwide, will be in at District Yoga May 6th and 7th
They specialize in the mechanics and alignment of the Bikram series through demonstration (themselves and students) and repetition to help students understand how to maximize the benefits they get from their practice.

District's Teacher Training
This is the First of Three modules that District will offer. Module 1 will equip you to teach/lead the 26 & 2 (Bikram Style).
(Modules 2 & 3 are for the flows/intermediate/84...)
This (26 & 2) training is the foundation of all trainings, as we will focus on Voice/ Command/ Confidence/ Fluidity and actually leading a class safely in an out of postures. Only when a teacher is comfortable they can convey knowledge/ personality and inspiration and have it connect--
That is our goal--

Teaching the 26 is fundamental, as it teaches you to use words to connect/lead/teach/drive-

- Voice coaching
- Public class
- Required reading essays and discussions
- Pass Final Exam
Most weekends will have guest/senior Bikram trained teachers leading our Teacher Trainees as well as teaching workshops at District Yoga-- All Trainees must attend and participate in these workshops as they part of their education and part of your tuition- Details and schedule will be finalized in the next few weeks-
